Before your order is shipped, JJsHouse.no has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Processing Time

The process time is 8-11 days for Wedding Party, Special Occasion & Celebrity Dresses, and 11-13 days for Wedding Dresses.

Shipping Time

It takes about 3-15 working days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, USPS, etc) standard and the shipping method you have chosen.

Expedited Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3-6 days to all major destinations. Shipping cost varies for different items.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 5-8 days to all major destinations.

Super Saving Shipping

Super Saving Shipping is the most cost-efficient shipping method. Delivery times are between 15-30 days to all major destinations.

Please keep in mind that all dresses are uniquely made to order to keep costs low to our customers. We also understand that colors on your computer screen can be a little different to how they appear in person. For these reasons, we encourage you to order a swatch (free shipping) to help you decide.

JJsHouse will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis shipped items.

For all Standard Size dresses / shoes / accessories:

JJsHouse will issue a full refund if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Shipping fee will not be refunded. To receive a full refund, if eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of its arrival to you. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.

For all Custom Size dresses:

At JJsHouse, we understand that you want your dress to be perfect as soon as it arrives to you! To help you out, we offer custom sizing on all of our JJsHouse styles. Custom sizing is the same price as standard sizes, and takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you! So it's a great option!

A few things to remember about custom dresses:

Custom dresses are made specifically for you. That means, no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Make sure you check all your measurements carefully! We understand that sometimes alterations need to be done once you've received the dress. To help you out, we will reimburse you up to 40% of the product purchase price for alterations (excluding shipping cost). Just send us a picture of the receipt and your order number! Yes, it really is that easy!

For all personalized accessories:

All personalized items, perishables, and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer an exchange service for any products. If you would like to exchange for a different size or style, you will need to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).

Cancellation Policy:

- Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after 5 days.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

I purchased this dress in ivory with champagne sash. I ordered custom measurements. I purposely gave measurements half inch smaller on bust and waist and when it arrived, 3 weeks after I ordered, it fit perfectly. I read reviews that mentioned their sizing was generous. I didn't have time for alterations. Also, the picture doesn't show the beading on sash very well. Its really beautiful. The dress was very well constructed. All seams were finished and straight. I tried on many dresses and found none, not even $2k ones, that were better made. For less than $300 I received a custom dress, a wrap, a lace jacket(wasn't sure which I'd prefer and ended up wearing neither), a veil, tiara, and a hanging bag. I have suggested jj's to several people and when my son gets married next year, I will be ordering my mother of the groom dress! <br><br>Regarding this very detailed review... I was VERY skeptical about mail ordering a wedding dress and read the reviews before ordering. I did have an off the rack backup plan and figured I could risk it at such a good price. It paid off!

All dresses on our website can be custom made to exact measurements if you provide us with your custom sizes. If you decide to order standard size, you may use the following charts to map your measurements to the closest size to be ordered. If your measurements indicate one size for the "bust" and a different size for the "waist and/or hips", we suggest ordering according to the largest measurement. Dresses can easily be taken in by a skilled tailor or professional seamstress.

Correct measurements are the prerequisites of getting a perfect fitting dress. Before ordering a made-to-order dress from JJsHouse.no, you are encouraged to get measured correctly by a professional local tailor. We would like to emphasize that measuring yourself at home is trickier than you think. Check out our useful guide for how to properly take your measurements.

Standard Dresses
Bust
  • This is not your bra size!
  • Wear an unpadded bra (your dress will have a built-in bra)
  • Relax arms at sides
  • Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
 Waist
  • Find the natural waist
  • This is the smallest part of the waist
  • Usually about 1 inch (ca. 2.5cm) above belly button
  • Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
 Hips
  • Find the widest part of the hips
  • Usually about 7 inch (ca. 18cm) below natural waist
  • Tape should brush across both hipbones
Shoulder
  • From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure up over the curve of the shoulders passing across the center base of the neck to the other shoulder edge.
 Hollow to Floor
  • Stand straight with feet together
  • Measure in bare feet
  • Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor
  • To fit high heels, we’ll add an extra 2 inch (ca. 5cm) onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains
 Height
  • Stand straight with feet together
  • Measure in bare feet
  • Begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor

Maternity Dresses
Upper Bust
  • Relax arms at sides
  • Measure the highest part of the chest
  • Pull the tape right underneath the arms
 Bust
  • This is not your bra size!

  • Measure from the top of the shoulder, down the front of the shoulder, under the arm pit, and up the back of the shoulder.
